CareComplete™ Plus Care Management is a full professional care management software solution. It starts with the basic client demographics information and expands into a full assessment of the 7 life domains, which has a built in care planning tool that allows you to enter the narratives and recommendations for the 7 life domains, plus client background and presenting problems. A full case note tracking system with built in time and billing provides an easy way to track work done for each client.

To-do's and scheduling of appointments is built in with a calendar method that lets you pull the appointments for everyone into one view. This software is created with a flow that matches the flow of professional care management practices.

The cost of this software is very easy to understand. Because we use a specialized database that uses a government level encryption and has special synchronization capabilities, it must be licensed for each computer, so the cost of the software is based on each computer. The cost for each computer is $595. When counting the number of licenses that you will need, please include one license for the server.

The software is built to be easy to learn and use. We provide full training to clients with our support packages.

Support packages are based on the number of people using the software. The first year requires a 12-month commitment if you opt for the monthly plan. We offer this option to help manage cash flow.

1 User = $250 per year or $20.80 per month
2 Users = $500 per year or $41.60 per month
3+ Users = $750 per year or $62.50 per month

Support includes unlimited support questions, a 4 business hour call return time during the time of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific time, training sessions on The Basics, Assessments & Care Plans and Exporting to QuickBooks. We use a tool that lets us connect to your computer to support you and for training (you must grant permission on your side), while we're on the phone with you.
