JewelCode's Mobile Case Note Entry allows you to enter notes on any mobile device that has a web browser and is connected to the Internet at the time that you want to enter your notes. Mobile devices include but are not limited to iPad (3G/wi-fi), iPhone, Android/Droid phone & tablets, laptops, desktops, etc. It is a one-way only tool to enter notes throughout the day and it is designed to reduce admin time at the end of the day.

Security is very important to protecting your client's health information so we have designed a method that first has you create privacy codes that you use to enter instead of a client's name.

We install the import tool to create the privacy codes on the main computer in your office. This is the same tool that will pull the notes into CareComplete for you.

We train one person how to create the codes and how to pull the notes into CareComplete. After this training is completed and your codes are created then you are ready to distribute your company's secure web URL to your staff. They begin entering notes immediately.
