(Support includes unlimited questions, six hours of connected training and all new versions at no additional cost. Monthly support requires a 12-month commitment as it is just a cash flow assistance with the annual contract.)

Whether you're a software veteran or new to software, CareComplete™ Plus meets your needs. It is designed with regular input from long-time care managers and you will get to give your input too, once you are a client on a support plan. We build the software based on what you need, not what we think you need. For each version we send out a survey to existing clients on support sharing the features that everyone has requested. From the survey we are able to determine the priorities for the next version and to start a plan to add the features most requested.

That is how our great assessment and care plan tool came into existence. With the tool you can assess the seven primary life domains (ADLs, Financial, Legal, Medical, Mental, Safety & Social). Then as you are recording your assessment findings you will begin to outline the care plan with narratives and recommendations. Part of the care planning process is the ability to assign various tasks, with due dates and detailed information to family members or others who are going to do the work.

In addition, we provide a pre-developed care plan template, created by our friends at JF&CS of Boston, that allows you to create a standardized care plan template that can be personalized through special instructions, dates and outcome tracking.

All of this work feeds into a beautiful care plan with assessment results and your care plan in a format that you can print out and take to your meetings.

The assessment & care plan tools that we have are what really set us apart from other software. But, that is not all. We also have a full demographic tracking system with Key Contacts, Physicians, in home care aides, insurance, end of life planning etc. We also have a strong focus on helping you manage your business with many reports designed for you to get a quick overview of how time is being spent and what services are most being used by your clients.

And the best part is that we immediately reduce the amount of time that it takes to do billing. The way that our case notes work is that you enter your case notes and time and billing in one entry. This is something that is different than other software in the market. After entering your billable time throughout the month, you can simply interface to QuickBooks Pro for invoices to be automatically created or you can export time to use in other accounting software such as Timeslips, Time Matters or other large agency accounting systems.
