Pick Your Own Payment Plan

There is no doubt that our economy is at the top of our minds, as business owners. We would be remiss in ignoring the current situation and taking actions to protect our businesses. Our care management software is used by over 500 Professional Geriatric Care Managers throughout the U.S. and Canada.   • If you are looking for a way to organize your information to have one point of reference for all of your care management client information then JewelCode has what you need. We have designed the software with input from care managers and we continue to ask for input with each new version creation. We currently are surveying our existing clients for them to ask for the things they would like to see added.

    We know that the decision to spend money is tough right now and we want to minimize your risk. Our business is doing well and our sales are up this year, over last year, so we want to offer a special option for you to Pick Your Own Payment Plan. Here is an overview of the rules:

    The Very Simple Rules of the Pick Your Own Payment Plan Option:

    1. You must be buying JewelCode’s CareComplete Plus™ software.


    2. You must be buying the software because you want to use it, not just because it is a good deal.


    3. You can use the payment plan option whether you are an existing client or a new client.


    4. The Payment Plan must be created to finish all payments with a 12-month period of time. The only exception is if you are using CareManager Pro® and are ready to upgrade to JewelCode’s CareComplete Plus™, in which case, we will extend the payment plan to 18-months.


    5. You must use a credit card for all of the payments of a payment plan.


    6. If your credit card is declined or expires during the time of the payment plan, you will be notified via e-mail. You will have two business days to provide a replacement card or your next payment will have a $25 administrative fee added to it.


    7. This payment plan is for the license cost and a full year of support. Support must be purchased to qualify for the payment plan option.
