We have discovered a unique opportunity to help college students raise funds for college expenses. There are many talented youths who are doing web development and we are working to partner with some of them in our local area to help them raise money for college. When you use our services, more than 50% of your payment goes to help a college student with college expenses. Meet our intern Stacey. Your work is fully supervised by Lisa Moody. These kids are very talented and this is a way for them to use their skills to help you get the web site you want and to pay for the expenses they are facing. We are currently offering three packages ranging from $800-$3,500. We have either set packages or we can do an estimate based on your needs. For example if you just need a remodel we can quote that for you. Our packages are:

Clients will need to purchase the following for their own websites.
- Domain name
- Hosting plan
- Username and password that can be used by Jewelcode for uploading files
- Shopping cart plan (if using cart)
- Merchant account through hosting plan (if wanting to accept credit cards on website)
Clients will also need to pay for extra things needed for website.
- Photos, images, stock photography, or custom work
- Copywriting by Jewelcode
- Database work
- Changes to website beyond the included number within package
Newsletter Service
Do you wish that you could provide a regular e-mail newsletter to your mailing list but you don’t know where to start? JewelCode is ready to help you create the newsletter that you have always wanted and use current technology to manage the process. We will help you set up the pieces needed to design, create, and send out newsletters for your company. Newsletters are useful in letting your clients know about your practice services along with new services you are offering. JewelCode will design a template for your company for the newsletter. You decide if you want to send it quarterly, monthly, weekly, or even a daily newsletter. You write the articles and we’ll format for HTML e-mail and send them out to your mailing list. JewelCode will also help with:
- We have a partnership with MyEmma, the leading e-mail newsletter management system
- We can create a form for your website where your clients subscribe to your newsletter
- We create an account for you where you and we both have control over managing the recipients and sending out your newsletters (we don't send anything unless you authorize it)
- Format your newsletter and place the articles in it
- Set your article to mail out on your requested date
- Create date or action triggered mailings to keep in front of your referral sources and/or clients
- Teach you how to track results of how many people opened the newsletter and links they clicked on

JewelScribe Transcription Service
Imagine being able to call your notes into a secure phone line after each visit and have them ready to import right into CareComplete™ the next business day. No more sitting at your computer for extra time at the end of each day to type in all of the notes. Capture more of your time and don't forget anything that is important. I've just described JewelScribe to you. We have created a service that pays you back in time.
The care managers who are using the system currently tell us that it saves them between 30 minutes to one hour a day in administrative typing of notes. They just speak their notes into the phone, our transcriptionists type them up and we provide them for import back into CareComplete™ into a special tool.
We have provided HIPAA compliance by creating a system that uses secure codes that you create to keep your company name, employee names and client names all secret. Our transcriptionists are all located inside the U.S. and are directly managed by the JewelCode management.
The cost for the system depends on the phone number you want to use to call into. If you call into the long distance number (most people use this) then the cost is $25 a month for administrative management and 50 cents per recorded minute. You don't pay for our time to type it, you just pay for the time you take to record. If you need to call into a toll-free number then the cost is $25 for administrative management and 65 cents per recorded minute. QuickBooks Training Service
Since you can export from CareComplete™ into QuickBooks it gives you the great opportunity to learn how to use the full QuickBooks accounting system. If you are knew to QuickBooks itself then we have a solution for you. We have a QuickBooks Pro Advisor on our staff who can train you on the QuickBooks program. The fee for the service is $60 per hour and we are able to bill this time in 6 minute increments for you. Care Managers use this service to get help customizing their invoices, learning how to enter bills and pay them, how to receive payments on invoices, how to get the reports they need. Anything that is about QuickBooks itself is available. Of course, the actual process of exporting from CareComplete™ to QuickBooks is covered under your support contract and is not what this service is for. You get that training as part of your support plan.
