Debra Simmons and Mary Beth Vickers both have over 20 years of experience in the fields of nursing and case management. They have a staff of care managers that all work, in the field and from their own homes, with a central office location for them to meet as needed.

After doing nurse case management for varying demographic groups, they really started to focus on Geriatric Care Managment. They became members of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers in 2006. They continue to work with other demographics but have a strong foundation in Geriatric Care. They work closely with elder law attorneys and other professionals to provide holistic service to their clients. They are also Professional Guardians.

GCM Solutions was struggling to get another care management software system to synchronize successfully between all of their homes.
