How Support Works Support is managed by an agreement with JewelCode. The annual support contract includes unlimited support, training, installation services and all upgrades at no additional fee. If the agreement is discontinued a client can rejoin with a new agreement. As long as the contract is continued each year the client is locked in at the contract cost for each year. If the client discontinues the contact then the new agreement will be at the current price.
The support fee is based on the number of people who are using the CareComplete software.
No Contract
If a client opts to discontinue the support contract after the first year then they will automatically switch over to a Time & Materials contract. What this means is that our services for support are billed by the service. The cost ranges from $120 to $250 per service. Upgrades may also be purchased on a Time & Materials basis at the current price list for each license.
