Support Options
You can either be on a support contract with us for an annual commitment or you can pay for time, by the conversation.
General Support includes questions about how to do something or receiving an error or needing help with a general product use question. This is included in the unlimited support when you have a support contract and is the support that is promised within 4 hours between 9 and 6 Pacific Time on business days. It is charged by the question when you are not on support.
Installations are installing the software or moving the software from one computer to another. These appointments must be scheduled so you can get a block of time for assistance. Even if your IT person is doing the installation you still need to schedule time to have a JewelCode installer available for assistance as there are parts of the installation that only JewelCode can do for you. When you're on a contract, the installations are free if you schedule a minimum of 7 days in advance. If you need installation in less than 7 days then the charge, whether you are on contract, or not, is $250 per computer.
Training must also be scheduled in advance and you should plan a minimum of 7 days for the schedule. Six hours of training are included in a support contract. Training is also available for those not on a support contract for $250 per 2 hour session.
