I looked at other software options before deciding to go with JewelCode. JewelCode was very knowledgeable about setting up our network and could work with my IT professional. My final decision was based on the software capabilities and my comfort level in working with JewelCode.

JewelCode has been very responsive to our product requests and support issues. They work with us like a partner in our business. JewelCode has continued to show an interest and caring in our particular issues that goes above and beyond “just business”. I feel very comfortable knowing that I can always call or email with a question and they give 100% to find solutions and respond to the unique needs of my practice. These needs are not always related to software.

I have three other Care Managers who work for me from their home offices, and, before JewelCode, I was spending a great deal of time entering their data, notes and billing and I was desperate for a solution that would allow each of us to enter client data and time and case notes in one place that I could then use to process my billing. It also meant that I did not have to spend hours trying to decipher the handwriting from their assessments. As a supervisor, I can easily monitor the Care Management process by reading ongoing case notes. We have a full synchronization system that allows all of our information to be shared concurrently so when someone is out of town we can easily cover for each other. Varying security levels allow us to limit who sees what information.
